Introduction to Meditation: How to Train During the Meditation Break
The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. This class offers weekly guidance for how to begin, maintain, and make progress in daily meditation practice. Through continual practice in meditation, we will definitely develop a peaceful heart and a joyful life.
Each Introduction to Meditation class is self-contained, but one can attend the entire series as well. No registration required, just drop in!

- 05/21 - Refuge in Buddha, Depending upon Dharma
- 05/28 - Setting a Good Example
