Retreat ~ The Three Principal Aspects of the Path

This retreat is open to everyone, and is an opportunity to deepen our familiarity with the essential meaning of the stages of the Kadampa Buddhist path. Group sessions with some commentary and guided meditation are offered at the listed times. However, everyone is also encouraged to continue to practice these prayers and meditations as often as possible throughout the week.
